Here I am at work and my car will not move.
Let me explain the issue as best as my complete "car dumb" brain can.

The car starts fine. I just bought it about a month ago and have done some work to it. We replaced the alternator in it and gave it a bath.
Yesterday I was driving on the highway and realized that my steering wheel was getting increasingly more difficult to turn, occasionally locking up.
I stopped at a gas station and picked up some Power Steering Fluid and let my car chug that. It seemed to work until this morning when I got to work.
My steering wheel has become ridiculously hard to turn.

On top of that, my center dash (where that neato little display sits that is constantly telling me Im low on engine coolant and that theres a problem with my airbag, cool) it has started telling me to "Check [My] Charge System"

We just replaced the alternator. And all of my lights and other little gadgets are working just fine.

So, with my steering and my newfound need to "check my charge system"... What do?

I know this isnt a car audio post but I do need help and if anyone is willing to assist, I would greatly appreciate it.

If you live near an auto parts store a lot of times they can connect a device to your car while it's running and diagnose what's wrong based on different error codes.

To me it sounds like there is ALOT going on with your car.
If the steering wheel is getting that bad, and your car is going through fluid, there could be a leak or the ps pump could be bad. Try the auto parts store near you

My only issue is money. Which is important when owning a car. But I am still making $500 and $600 payments on this car until next month. (It was a $1.5k car that I broke down payments).

So Im tapped out.

Sounds like your serpentine belt came off or broke.. $15 - $20 fix.

I've seen this one before, but usually it will be connected to other accessories, so if other accessories are acting up it's probably a belt. What kind of car is it?

Its a 1999 Olds Mobile Aurora.

I took a look at it yesterday and the belt didnt snap, it just wasnt installed properly so it slipped off. But Im still getting this really bad tug on my wheel when I try to park or any time where I am not going over 10mph but am trying to turn the wheel.

Yeah couple of things you could look into.. Power steering pump or your belt tensioner is loose/wore out causing the belt to slip or the belt is wore out or the wrong size.

I would be willing to believe that the belt is the wrong size. The guy that sold the car to me had less of a knowledge about cars than I do... And he did it all himself.
