You should wire your subs to a high impedance, those amps run at a stable rms between 1.5 and 4 ohms.
You might have it tuned bad also and are just sending a clipped signal

I'm running a 15" ermagerd, off a jl 1000/1 v2 (underpowered by 5500rms) 2 xs power d3200s, 2/0 sky-high power n round and a alpine touch screen can't remember model,.
