which subs you guys think would be best? I have it narrowed down to 3 or 4 nust looking for some people with experience with them. going to run 15s as well.
1. dss ethos
2. ssa evils
3. fi sp4
4. fi team subs

im leaning towards ethos because they require less space and im pretty sure I could fit 6 instead of 4 of the others. will be running a dual alt setup and at least 10 batteries 4/0 wire. undecided on amps as of yet. most likely 2 or 3 bc5500s.

depends on how much space you have... 4th order? 6th order? flatwall?

team fi's and evils are not 4th order friendly, you need a woofer with a high qts like an sp4 in a 4th. IDK specs on dss stuff but its just the same chinese slugs and parts used by almost every company now.

right on man. im still undecided but I have 15k to go big with. im really starting to lean towards the team fi subs though. the sheer size and mass is just impressive. evils seem to be around the same as a team fi but with a crappier coil. so thats why I made tbis post looking for suggestions. I would have made it on one of those audio forums but they are full of know it alls and dickwads. lol.

premo no vids I dont have any equipment yet. I can make a vid or pics of my single 12 zcon on a bc3500 putting in pretty impressive work. well for a single 12.

how much space you have will determine everything, i have a buddy with a 4 18 flatwall in like 45 cubes doing 59s on 7K, output in that huge box is retarded to say the least.... A flatwall will get loud no matter what really you can just put more power to it and gain db after db LOL, 4th orders are great if you want mega lows but are more difficult to tune and need a LOT more space than a flatwall. 6th orders need ungodly amounts of space ie: 50+ cubes for 4 15's LOL and are ultra difficult to tune.

flatwall would be my best bet to start. I have a 02 f250 I can gut. or a old school caddy fleetwood. also can get my hands on a 04 denali but would limit my cash to around 9-10k after rims. tinting.lowering. and suspension upgrades.would also have to trade the caddy
