I have an 07 chrysler 300 and I want to replace the stock stereo with a touch screen one. Will pretty much any stereo fit or is there a certain type of stereo i need to look for?

keep in mind you will be wanting to get new speakers when you go to do this.

factory speakers generally can't handle very many watts and an aftermarket stereo generally blows them.

not necessarily, head units dont make enough power to drive stock speakers over the edge

True to some extent, depends on the factory speakers vs head unit.

However, changing the head unit i would recommend changing your speakers as well, this being due to overall sound quality.
