Alright, so I'm looking to buy a new car stereo for my 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport. I'm looking to buy a unit that can play Spotify using my Samsung Galaxy 5 through my car stereo. Is this possible? And if it is, which car stereo would be the best to buy?

Any car stereo with aux.

If single din, something like Kenwood KDC-3257URY, maybe.
If double din, I'm happy with the Kenwood DDX-4025BT I bought a year ago.

if your not looking for anything fancy or to spend a ton of money just go to walmart and buy one there.. make it has a aux port.. and all u need is a aux cable.. or bluetooth.

would bluetooth be better than an aux cable to make sure it plays Spotify through the stereo?

if you want a good sound always go with a decent component set. dont bother with rear speakers focus on the front. a pair of 6.5s with some nice tweeters on a amp will always sound better than 4 speakers like that.
