How should I set up my amp's eq settings?

do it by ear turn it up to where you like it loud and adjust till you like the sound.. listen for distortion and other unwanted noises.. there is no set way to set up a amp

not using bass boost at all is the easiest way to set it up.

without an o-scope to watch the signal you won't ever really know if its clipping or not.

I don't have a gain knob..

Bass boost, Subsonic, Low pass, and Level

I'm assuming subsonic is my gain or something?

level is the gain.

subsonic filter is for filtering out low frequencies

low pass is for filting out high frequencies

bass boost is a waste of time to use unless you have an oscilloscope to set the gain/bass boost so you can detect clipping.
