price depends on what you want it to do.

generally $500-600 is the minimum for a good entry level setup.

if you decide to get a system make sure you start out right. get your electrical in order first and foremost. do the big 3 upgrade get a aftermarket high output alternator. and a couple decent agm batts. you will like your system better and have less trouble down the road if you do this first
