We took my girl's car to get serviced but did not listen to radio at all until we left the place.

When we tried to turn it up, the radio is froze. Its on, working but just froze. Anyone know a way to reset these radios or had problems like this?

It is the touch screen radio that come in VW's

It is 4th radio to the right on top row if anyone needs a visual of it.

cut the power and hook it back up if the radio isn't responding to the power button.

if you don't wanna take the dash apart then just unhook the negative cable on the battery for 30 secs or so and hook it back up.
