is your current the stock head unit or what?

define compatible. are you just wanting to play music?

however if the current head unit is stock and the speakers are stock you will need to get new speakers and its possible to have $100 worth of install gear depending on the car.

I've got a fully loaded Bose system in my car.. not sure on the specs.. I have never really looked into it.

well if you are only interested in plug and play for the moment that head unit i linked it fine.

long term however you should start considering removing the bose stuff and going aftermarket since that 2002 bose stuff can't compare to even entry level aftermarket stuff.

replacing takes a bit of rewiring so just get the head unit i linked unless you feel like getting speakers as well.
