ok so I bought 2 12 american bass xfls d4 and I put em both In a ported box I made.. around 2.5 cubes per sub shared port.. neways got em In my f250 on a aq2200 and the damn things straight bang.. wtf i had some a couple years ago and wasnt impressed at all and the only reason I bought them this time is because I got 2x no box for 175 $. gotta be this box playing a big part of it. thoughts?

the box yes. they sound good in prefab but a box made for them will completely change them.

lol surprisingly loud.. and the sq is above average as well..

i have 2 of them runnin on A 3000d in a prefab for now till i build a new box, and im my rear window flexes, whole roof flexes wipers move everything flexes. on a shitty hifnics 3000d. cant imagine what it will do on a tuned box with my 150.1 ill be getin soon. my buddy has 2 of these n a camaro in a tuned box and they hit so hard and clear the bass sounds really , i cant explain the sound of the bass, just deep as fuck and clear its a different sound of bass. it makes my body move. and hes puttin like 2k into each one. daily no problems .

teammate just put 12 xfl 15s in his 4th order wall, replaced his tantric 3" coil woofers i forget the line. blew the tantrics garabge out of the water for a fraction of the price they get louder and lower.
