I bought new speakers for my car a few months ago installed myself. Now the rear right speaker makes buzzing noise . I'm thinking that I didn't tighten the screws all the way on the speaker itself

there is a chance you blew one so you'll need to go check out the speaker.

What kind of a buzzing noise?
Do you listen to nigger music with the bass all the way up? That'll blow mid-range speakers in no time.
