assuming you have the electrical to support it and that box doesn't let it mechanically fail...then ya it should be loud.

Electrical is anyones main priority to get loud fella, 2/0 Gauge skyhigh welding wire for my big 3, 250 amp mechman alt, dhc3100 Batt X3 ( 1 under hood 2 in wheel well ) 2 Runs of 0 gauge skyhigh threw cab to trunk, to amp, to sub..

cant spend big money to let it fry due to bad currents or shit grounds... gotta do it right
