Hello :)

So here is my current setup:

2011 Hyundai Accent Hatchback

Singer Alternator 220AMP ( Factory was 90 AMP )
Stinger SPV70 Battery ( Underhood )
(3) DeKa Intimidator 9A31 Commercial Batteries

Headunit:
Pioneer AVH-4200DVD

Subwoofers:
(2) Sundown Audio ZV1 18" with ZV3 Cooling Rings & Soft Parts

Speakers:
(6) Sundown Audio NeoPro 8" V1
(2) Sundown Audio NeoPro 10" V1

Tweeters:
(8) Selenium ST200

Amplifiers:
(2) Sundown Audio SAZ-2500D V1
(1) Sundown Audio SAX-200.4 V1

So basically I am looking to upgrade the SUBWOOFERS.

Here is my current thought:

Switch from (2) ZV1 to (4) X-15 Sundown Audio @ .5OHM on (2) Amplifiers.

OR

Swap the (2) SAZ-2500D for 1 NS-1 on (4) X-15 ( Would be @ around 1500W per sub @ 1 ohm, They are rated 1250, but can run 2k all day EASY. If i do the NS-1 @ .5 OHM thats like 2K Per Sub)

THANKS!

hmm really depends on how much money you want to spend tbh lol.

if you buy an ns1 its clearly going to cost more than keeping your current amps but it would probably be better for you in the long run.

flip a coin unless the current amps being v1 models bothers you imo.

Not that V1 bothers me, I just think a 6500W @ 1ohm would be legit.
But yeah i may just do the 2 saz-2500 on 4x-15

Depends on impedance of the woofers, i see you getting similar power to the NS1 after box rise from the 2 2500s..... And running the two amps splits box rise meaning more efficiency. Ive clamped about 3 ns1's and gotten mediocre results they only put out at low impedance.

On another note i hate the new sundown surrounds they crease and dimple looks ugly at high excursion but they are still sick low Fs woofers. Scott at Fi did testing on high excursion surrounds 5 years ago and theres a reason they dont run them.. torn surrounds and stress points from dimpling.
But i dont forsee you having issues with those sick lookin subs im tuned in to see the build.

Something must always go wrong in the world of car audio...

Seems I have 4/8 tweeters blown... Doesn't make sense but whatever.

Should hopefully be replacing them all today. GAY!
