Already have a high end JVC headunit and also a P3d212 and all new kicker speakers

what should I do?

your old model p3 would be the first thing i'd replace in that mix assuming you are happy with the way those kicker speakers sound right now.

were you going to buy that rockford amp or do you already have it?
