I have some questions regarding a double din install into an 07 G35.

it is an AVH-X3500BHS.

Its a metra kit

I understand there are a lot more harnesses or adaptors for radios and such that I dont know where to plug into.

the wiring harness comes with instructions and connection diagrams.

if all you purchased was a dash kit and the head unit then you need to purchase a wiring harness for your car still.

I got all that, but the harness that came with is just in a sealed packaged bag, only the dash kit comes with the instructions. Same goes for the radio antenna, no instructions

Just plug the harness into where the factory headunit plugged into. Then plug that into the headunit after you've wired your speakers etc. Then blam done.

What instructions do you need? Match the wire colors on the two harnesses then plug the shit in!
If you're installing a Pioneer TV deck then you'll need a switch or a relay for the parking brake wire...

still riding my 03 g35 coupe ^^ also thinking abt installing a gps how much did the setup cost you? i got a estimate of around 800 for everything including installation

the unit was on sale for 300, then 230 for the mount from ***
