Looking to put 1 Sub, box and amp in my 2006 ford ranger
i currently have these for my sound system (just speakers and deck :D)

DECK - > http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_64092_Pioneer-DEH-X7500S.html
Speakers - > 4x of these http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_43366_Rockford-Fosgate-Power-T165.html

I got the fold down seats in the back and would like to put the amp onto the Box of the SUB and seat belt it in,
i listen to alot of electronic music with a lot of BASS (drum and bass, dubstep, dance, house music)

Would appreciate your guys knowledge on this because mine on this stuff is pretty much ZERO :(
thanks

that budget will be fine.

can you get me some measurements on the place you want to sit the box?

you'd probably be better off not going with the fold down seat thing though. if the floor isn't level in the back you can just cut and coat a new mdf floor cover to level it out and then attach the box to the new floor to keep it stable.

if you do it this way you also get the bonus of making a nice place to put your amps instead of putting them on the box because its just too much trouble to go that route unless you NEED to.

Id like to just seat belt or strap the box in the seat area so i can Take it out when ever i need for extra space/ hook to my spin tables to my computer, which have huge speakers, not pc speakers
ill get the measurement in 15min also
thinking its about 16in by 16in + with a height of 2 feet, so pretty much could fit any box there i would say??

ill get one in 15 though
thanks for the help :)

https://www.soundqubed.com/ q1-750 monoblock from here
http://store.soundsolutionsaudio.com/products/sundown-audio-sa-10-600w-sa-series.html dual 2 ohm voice coil option
http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_62499_Ground-Shaker-GSP-1-10.html maybe get a little bit of polyfill for this. it's about as big as you can go with your dimensions. it will also be facing upwards so it should fit.
http://www.knukonceptz.com/productDetail.cfm?prodID=KCA-K4

then big 3 upgrade 1/0 wiring from http://www.knukonceptz.com/productMaster.cfm?category=Kandy Kable you'll want to go get a general estimate on the lengths you'll need by looking at them on your truck.
http://www.knukonceptz.com/productMaster.cfm?category=Installation Accessories you'll need some 1/0 gauge ring terminals. should need 4 total. might order a couple extra just to be sure.

the wires you'll be replacing are:
alternator to battery + terminal
battery - terminal to body ground
engine to body ground

you should probably go ahead and grab some knukonceptz battery terminals while you're at it. http://www.knukonceptz.com/productMaster.cfm?category=Battery Terminals

thats like $600 so far. with that new sub i'd suggest you take the time to go ahead and amp your other speakers.

http://store.soundsolutionsaudio.com/products/skar-audio-lp-60-4ab-4-channel-class-ab-amplifier.html

and instead of doing just wiring kits we'd use a distribution block setup. you can do this later one if you want but i doubt your speakers will keep up with that subs output as it is.
