currently i drive a 03 infiniti coupe which came with 8 bose speaker but the quality of sound is gone and its time to change.

what do u guys recommend and how much is it to replace the system?

exact car model would be nice. i can't give any estimates without know speaker sizes and how many actually are worth replacing instead of just unhooking.

price is all about how much quality and power you are going to be using along with what options you want on the like unit like sat nav.

Well, you could replace all the factory speakers for around $2-400 or get a real stereo for around $2500.
Either way it will be an upgrade, it just comes down to your pocket and how much you enjoy music.

is there a way to detect the roote cause of the problem. it seems little excessive to spend 2500$ on new system and if i just replace the speaker the problem might continue?

Then go buy some speakers and start ripping apart your car!
