if your alternator cannot handle the power draw you cannot just throw in another battery and think it fixes things. all a second battery does is hurt your alternators overall output and add stress to it.
once you start relying on battery power for a daily use setup you are just asking to be broke down because you can't start your car with a dead battery.
as for the OP
do it right and get a head unit and mids/highs first. a sub isn't something you want to do on a low budget.
