I have 2 sundown ns1s.
looking for some advice on subs.. ive narrowed it down a bit and no 8 inch or 18 inch
1. 2 sundown nightshades
2. 2 dc lvl 6
3. 2 ssa evils
4. aq sdc4s

really all ive looked into aside from hcca mtx 9500 and others like skar or re..
lmk ur opinions.

what amp are you going to use?

sundown ns-1 are the amps.. ive already had fi subs tryin to switch it up.. very good subs btw not doggin on em just want something different

well those are all pretty much fine choices. really depends on your budget in the end.

might look into ascendant audio as well. and digital design z series if you have a dealer local.

but from the list i'd probably go with the evils or the nightshades.

i like SQ and all but if you have the budget for the others they are the better choice.

lol all good.. I'm leaning towards the evils cuz i had 2 zcon 12s and holy shit were they loud. my budget for subs alone is 2k-2.5k including box building supplies.

well with the evils you get FI build quality with SSA design.

i'd probably go with them over the nightshades.

now the big question.. do I want carbon fiber dust caps or not. lmao

I cant begin to answer that question without knowing how much space you have, what vehicle, what type of enclosure? 4th 6th ported?... Wall? No wall? and what kind of freq response you want...

and SSA is Fi, same build house same coils same, slugs softparts just re-branded under their sister company.
