if your check engine light is on your go get it code scanned...thats the point of the check engine light. just making guesses at the problem on a car equipped with obdII sensors is stupid.
unhook your battery for a few minutes and it should clear the check engine light for a while. test it out now to see how long you can expect it to stay off.
code says its a injector problem (either failure or just needs cleaning) or bad wiring. took it in after paying to have a full system clean. they checked it all. nothings wrong its still on. you think i didnt try that? hence my asking HERE of all places just how to turn the damned thing off.
