you really need to get away from mainstream brands if you wanna see really good stuff.

http://store.ficaraudio.com/n318/ x2 would be a much much much better choice than a single solo x. 2 of them for the price of a single solo x...and they sound MUCH better, built MUCH better, put out bigger numbers, handle more power.

kicker i just another overpriced mainstream company that entry level people buy.

For 800 i'll buy a w7 over those all day... I trust what I know

Also theres a new sub that my local shop has been selling and they produce big numbers (the only other option imo vs the jl or the kicker) i'll have to check it out and bring some info back later today for u guys

Yeah i have four l7 12s in a blow through box in my 86 montecarlo paired with 10 8" Earthquake sealed backs, 8 6" earthquake sealed backs and 8 Earthquake 250x compression drivers and 4 800 max super tweeters mounted underneath the car... you can easily hear me from a quarter mile away if im all the way turned up

You can argue all you want theres not a comparable subwoofer for the price.

e/ I run 4 12s at 2ohms instead of wiring down to 1ohm... quality with some quantity

you really need to learn more about audio.

the design of the l7 is spl not sq. it sounds gross but its loud...and thats all it was ever made for.
