So I bought a 95 civic beater and there was random cables around the car, tried to remove them and 2 cables touched each other. It did a light and my radio stopped working at the same time. Couldnt get my radio to work now, probably a burned fuse?

You blew the radio fuse. The cables are probably for an old stereo system. Remove the fuse from under the hood.
Do random cables mean a big red, big black and small blue wire?
You may want to tape up the ends while you remove them just to be safe.

Yeah found out it was a blown fuse, solved now ^^ There was 4 wires, 1 red 2 black 1 green, removed all of em

four?

red is power
1 black is ground
1 green would be remote


was the other black like a telephone cable? if so that was for remote bass from your amp to the front seats

you probably blew a few fuses
check under the hood and under your steering wheel
