Im wanting some info on this, what it does, the purpose, just anything on this

The box:

im wanting a special made box for my 10' sub, i might would build it or just get someone in my town to,

what would be good hz to tune it to etc, when it comes to this im not the best

so any box builders out there?

that site is sweet, so since he saying that all his boxes are tuned to 33hz, im thinking that would be good with the sub i have? just need to know about that

You can get him to customize a box to whatever the hell you want it to be, depending on musical preference and other factors.
Lower number = deeper bass but less performance.
Also depends on the free air resonance of your particular driver.
The last sub I had had an fs rating of like 26hz so when I put it in a box turned to 30hz it performed very well.

I can't find the fs for your sub but I can guess that it would probably do better in an enclosure that's turned to 36-40hz.

What music do you listen to what vehicle is it going in is it daily or spl and are u going to compete with it?

rap, dubstep, to any rock-metal type. and its in my daily car. more so rap-electric music
