Need a 1.58 cu ft. sealed box, for a 15" round sub.

Anyone know a good website to buy one at?

PWKDesigns if you want a real enclosure, I don't normally suggest pre-fabs.

This. Little do you know the enclosure has more to do with your sound than the driver itself.
Go to your nearest car audio shop, show them what you have, tell them what you want and they will give you a price for a custom enclosure.

Sealed is fairly easy so if you just need to calculate dimensions to fit your trunk use this. http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=61642295&f=136
If you know all of you subs specs I would say to use this to build a more complex enclosure as well. I use it everyday so if you need a hand let me know.
Lowes sells berch in small plied sheets, works excellent if you have a good saw and don't mind some slivers. Just remember to tape your lines so they don't splinter when cutting.
The birch is very light and sounds great if you take time with your project.
Always measure twice and cut once and predrill holes to ovoid chipping. Wood glue is a must its like 3$, Wood 30$, screws 5-10$.
In the end homemade is better and cheaper when done right.
