i know this isnt car audio. but i wasnt sure where else to ask?

i have quite a few 12volt leds w/ housings i plan to run around in my car, but i dont know where i should wire them too.. if need be, i can run the lights through a switch.. but i would rather not.

are you wanting them to act differently? like 1 set is high beams 1 set is low beams?

if so you can run them off your head units switch on/off wire.

head units power? or remote out?

its the switch 12 volt one. your wiring has a 12v constant, ground, 12 volt switch. if you just want to run a new one your cigarette lighter wiring is usually a 12 volt switch.

the remote is also a 12 volt switch but its power handling is limited by the head unit i think so wiring lights to it wouldn't work.
