So basically I want an amp to handle my subs only. and I want quaking subs that bump stupidly loud and quality too, not the best ever but cant sound like shit. $1200 max on subs + box + amp

1) JL (w6's/w7's) vs. Alpine (type R's) vs. Kicker (L7s/cvx)
---what would be my best bet out of those options

2) Orion HCCA's vs Sundown Audio SA subs or possibly American Bass
---what is best bang for buck there

3) what would you reccomend for bang subs

4) i have no idea what amp

1) first of all, those type rs do not belong in the same category as w6 and w7s. The jl w6v2 is one of my favorite subs.
2) sundown
3) rockford p3-2x12 with a p1000 or T1000

Don't even think of kicker if you want it to have quality.
