use nada.com or kbb.com to get an idea about prices. neither are perfectly correct but if its like a lot lower you can expect it to be bullshit.

yeh, thats a good price. gotta ask yourself, whats wrong with it... if theres nothing wrong with it then i would hop on the deal. as long as you maintain it it should run forever.
