I listen to mostly Rock/Country and some occasional Rap.

I own a '97 Ford Probe.
I dont want my whole back seat take by audio equipment. Just looking for a decent set-up to jam down the road.
I'm not going to spend a ton of cash on it. Maybe a few hundred tops.
Nothing big, but I want good sound quality.

so basically you'll need a head unit and interior speakers?

for that budget you won't be able to get a sub thats not going to blow in a couple weeks so if you are wanting a sub you will need at least $300 just for a single sub/amp/wiring/box.
