am running 4x speakers from my jvc headunit un amped. am wanting to add another 2x speakers, am i able to run an amp and run the new speakers off the amp? will it work?

if u just get someone who knows what his doing to install it i dont see where the problem should be

assuming your head unit has the proper outputs it will work fine. if you are adding 2 more mids/higher you are better off just removing the non amp'd speakers and and do a 4 channel amp install with 4 new speakers.
