My sub woofer lags the speakers by 1/4 to 1/2 seconds. Not a big difference, but it's noticeable when following along to a beet. Is there any feature or hardware that will let me correct this? I'm assuming I need something to make the speakers lag the same 1/4 to 1/2 seconds to match up with the bass.

Um im far from an expert but it sounds like something is wrong the bass is off by a couple seconds.

are you sure its wired correctly?

does your amplifier have phase settings?

There shouldn't be any bass lag really. If anything it's echo due to poor insulation or something in the car.

Though the most likely possibility is it's wired incorrectly or your amp settings.

Also make sure you using the right gauge fuse for the system. To weak and it will give bursts to the sub trying to protect it, till it blows.

They are probably out of phase or not loading properly
