Need someone to help me figure this out...

The problem is this..

The other day my truck died, i had to boost the battery, while boosting it i accidently crossed the terminals on MY truck, not the one doing the boosting. It sparked, i noticed that i fucked up and quickly corrected it. Now my CD Deck doesn't turn on....

The Truck is a '88 Dodge Ram 100, The CD Deck is a Alpine CDE-9874l

Here's what i know:
-No fuses were blown, but i replaced ALL including the inline power fuse under the hood.
-The amp also doesnt turn on, not sure if related
-Checked back of deck, didn't find a fuse on the back of the deck, or the red cable to it.

What i don't understand:
-How the radio could be fried without a single fuse being blown
-Why the amp won't turn on either, there's no way that fried the amp... i don't know alot about stereo systems, but it was professionally wired and the ground from the amp to metal on the floor of my truck is HUGE... So i doubt it got fried too...

Questions i have:
-Did i likely legitimately fry it?
-Is it possible there is a fuse INSIDE the deck that fried?
-Is it possible the amp has fuses INSIDE that fried and somehow the amp must be powered for the deck to be powered?

Someone help me solve this and it's 450FG for them.

Headunits dont have fuses inside of them they are all external.

Your headunit tells your amp to turn on so im confident your amp is fine since you didnt blow inline, If the headunit isnt powering up the amps wont either If it doesnt smell like magic smoke or go into protect you may be in luck it could just be an issue with the headunit or between the headunit and the battery.

You will want a DMM set to read DC voltage,Take out your headunit Depending on your wiring harness you want to find the 12v line its usually yellow. and black ground . Snip both and take your dmm to each end and see if your getting a voltage reading with the car off should be mid 12's, if you have no reading you could be in luck meaning a fuse did its job protecting your HU and blew somewhere between there and the battery the hard job now would be finding it and replacing it. If you are getting a normal reading the problem could be in the HU itself or in the ignition ( remote ) line which i could tell you how to troubleshoot later.

Also I would go through the fuse box which in your truck is located under the dash, left side of the steering column.go through each one and check if any are blown, some cars fuse their radio from the fuse box.

To test your amplifier take a small wire and run it directly from the power cable going into the amplifier and connect it to the remote turn on lead.

This will power your amp no matter if the deck is on or not..

Their is also a fuse for the Deck on the back of it. Normally a 10A I believe maybe a little higher sometimes.
Check that fuse as well.

Like kooky said there is a fuse box in the car and one of the fuses is generally just for the radio.
Change that one if blown.
