i know theres no gain on this amp, is bass EQ another way to call gain??

question is, is the bass knob adjusting gain?

any suggestions for installing this knob?

The hfr3 remotes for maxxsonics amps are a line level control so bass knob max it would only put out what your gain is set to. If you want a gain control knob there is a pac Lc1 plugs direct to the rcas

I have this exsact amp. If you wanna know anything at all about it feel free to PM me. It's worked damn good for me. And the bass knob adjust the gain, if you plug it in it over rides whatever the gain is set on the amp, so if you have it turned down on the amp and plug this in and crank it up, its going past what it was set at previously.
