The slot on the other side is for the bass remote. It comes with a 3rd fuse so you have an extra.

The amp only takes two 25a fuses and that is on the side with the power/ground inputs like in your picture.

i didnt check for power n protect light though bc its night time n hard to see bc its in my trunk lol

That should be the best time to see since the lights will shine brighter in the dark. Hard to really help but I'd check all connections, mainly your grounds. Make sure your RCAs are good as well. Also check your fuses.

You need to let us know if the amp is in protect mode or not.

so the red light like i said above is on, BUT NEITHER is the power light or my protect light is on, what could that be?

unscrewed n rescrewed ground wire, 12V battery wire.
