Directed 1500D class D mono amp

Ive never had sub hooked up to it before, but I know it worked when I bought the car a year ago...

Hooked everything up to these subs to see if they worked, and light on amp never came on.
Checked the 3 30A fuses in the back all 3 where blown, so I replaced and power light or the saftey light still wont come on.
I havent got out the volt meter to check anything yet.
But I think there could be an issue with the remote wire....?

I have another 300w amp powering the door and rear deck speakers and it works fine.
The main power wire splits off to the 300w and to the 1500w, so i know the power is good...
The ground is on sanded sheet metal and looks fine.
The remote wire looks like it runs over from the 1500w to the 300w, I havent checked connections or traced wires yet.

I think all 3 fuses blew on the amp because a few months ago I took the seats out of my car, and when I re-installed them I pinched the main power wire causeing the main fuse by the battery to blow.
I replaced that and the 300w worked again. (no subs on the 1500w then)

So, right now the 300w works fine.
The 1500w wont turn on.
Im thinking it is the remote wire...

Let me know anything else I should check.

Thanks

wouldnt the light still come on saying it is getting power tho?

Is there anyway to bypass everything to test the amp?

The protect would come on if something is triggered in the amp to cause it to be in protect mode, but if the amp has a problem to where its not getting power, then no lights would be on.

I would double check every connection. Have you tried running a remote wire just from the deck to the amp; without the 300w amp connected.

If all your connections are good, then there is something wrong with the amp.

:::New info:::

Checked the fuses again and all three were blown again...
So I replaced them hooked everything up again, and turned it on...
This time I wathed the led lights to see if any came on.
The red one flashed once then all three fuses blew then it flashed again and stayed off...
So what does that mean?

*i didnt have subs hooked up when i tested this*

Amp "blew up" on me after I ran a new remote wire and replaced the fuses...
It made two big "booms" then a shit ton of smoke came out and I ran for a fire extinguisher... O.o

But everything is fine now, other then I'm out an amp.

Very "fun" day... Lol

Probably started out as a short in your power wire or something
