imo great SQ I use the 125x4 which is the next version up and so far has had better SQ than my Kicker KX600.4 and my XPLOD 800.4 and a few Alpine FRP's I've heard, solid amp/company. Also it does 60rms x 4 @ 4 ohms which is what your speakers are rated for, anymore power to them and they'll blow.
