I believe where the 3rd brake light is, it's rattling and touching the back windshield causing excessive rattling. How do i fix this issue?

you can't dead it if its not attached to anything stable. can you get a picture from inside the trunk of the bottom of the rear panel?

i need to do this, but idk what that stuff is calld =.=? camper tape?

weatherstripping tape is what i call it.
