1: What is the Year, Make, and Model of the vehicle. honda civic 1998 2 door coupe
2: What is your budget? is 200-300 enough?
3: What exactly do you want your outcome to be? (Good sounding music, or loud bass?) just loud bass and sound that doesnt crack / static wen volume is turned up
4: And specific sub sizes that you prefer more than others? idk which is best for my civic? 2 12's / 2 10's or 1 15?
5: How much trunk space do you want to use up? dont matter really, perfer half of my trunk though
6: What type of features are you looking for in a CD Player (aka Head Unit)? (Ex: USB, AUX, BlueTooth, etc) already got a headunit
7: What type of music do you listen to? rap / hip hop
8: Is your stock stereo system amplified? (You may or may not know this) stock
9: Do you have Steering Wheel Controls? (Volume/Seek on the steering wheel) nope

i can be gettin 2x 10" with box for like 40 bux off my friend, i think its already in the box also.
how would i get the model # of the subwoofer's? and wud i need a model # for the box too? (sorry im new to this, VERY NEW to audio lol)

also my headunit is sandstorm sdc22a (link here --> http://www.amazon.com/Sound-Storm-Laboratories-SDC22A-Receiver/dp/B002IZ8RQ4) let me clear this, i got this headunit for only 10 bucks from my cousin.

e: hoping once i get model # of the 2x subs, u can lmk if its a good deal or not?

e: for the 2 speakers (non sub) wouldnt i need to get 2x of each for each side?

aka front door = 2, rear = 2? total of 4 + subwoofer = 5 speakers total?

any aftermarket head unit is too much power for older cars unless they had a premium sound package and even then you should replace them after this long.

the model numbers for the subs will be on the magnet structure in the back. if they are in a box you will need to remove them or if you can just upload a picture i can probably identify it for you.

with subs there is a lot more to consider than just the sizes. you need to know full specs and quality before purchasing anything.

each one of those links is for a set of 2 speakers. they don't sell interior speakers individually.

ya your head unit should be fine for the stuff i linked. its not putting out enough power to harm the speakers even at full blast but they aren't too powerful to not work right.

your head unit will only power the interior speakers directly. your amplifier will power the subwoofer.
