What would you guys rate this amp?
It has 4 speaker connectors. As if its to run two subs. I just want a single 15 inch sub. A single channel
Mono block amp with one set of speaker outputs. That puts out 1000 rms.

Looks pretty good the 4x40amp fuses sounds about right for 1500 rms
looks the signal to noise/signal ratio (108-109ish) is very good. I bet this explains the price.
only 2 ohm stable :(
$429 shipped from sonic.
what are you running and what interested you in this specific amp?

Only 2 ohm stable. Find something that can handle 1 ohm.

Can handle .5 ohms with ease. Also puts out ~1200 rms (Will come with a test certificate to prove it as well as its Powercube results, which shows how efficient it is.)

I like power. Whether its horsepower or loud system.
I like bass. I also love sq with mid bass. So I would love 2 12's totaling 2000 rms. Or
2 15's putting out 3000 rms.
That's why ill have a toggle pad. When I'm listening to rock. It will be loud with delicious sq.
With bass from speakers that will have a 4 channel amp running to them.

So whoever can find me a setup where I'm getting 1 15 at 1500 rms or 2 12s at 2000 rms.
A box fitting my eclipse. Big three diagram and finding the alternator that goes with it.
If you can design it. I will definitely pay. I would like the whole setup.
I will be using an optima battery for running my car. Then a secondary for running the audio.
I drive a 2003 gts eclipse 3.0. I need a solid base for where my spare tire is. It just lifts up and its
1/8 inch flex board. I need a wood board for the base them custom built box.
Email me with images. Designs. Or pm.

small space and you want 2000 rms?
mmmmmm
look into pioneers ts-w3002d4's 1000rms each, think you can get them for 120-150$ sealed you need a box with .8 cubic feet per sub. these things dont need a whole lot of room sealed.
and you will definately have to get an alternator and an extra battery if you dont want ur lights wigging out. Bass will be alot better too,

If you're building something for power, its obvious you're going to want 1 ohm, or less.

Rockford amps are some of the most efficient amps on the market.

If you dont believe me, tell me why NO other company reveals their Powercube results. Every company gets their amps Powercube tested.

i have abused these subs many times and they are very reliable.
I had a w7 for 3 years and finally killed it and replaced it with one of these and couldnt tell the difference.
as far as pioneer being any good?
they did brake many records with there upper end units.
the tens i put in my buddies car killed the l7's he replaced.
the only other subs i would buy would be upper end rockfords, AQ's, Apline type x, DD's, DC's.
Its hard to find a sub with 1000 rms for that price.
