Around here its based on which city you're in. Some cities dont really care, others care a LOT.

I've been pulled over 6 times this year alone, only been given warnings though I usually bump during the day around 5pm so it's crazy that I get pulled over at all, one cop exaggerated and said I moved his drivers side window with my bass and I simple told him that wasn't possible with my system. Cops will make anything up to pull you over.
