I'm not sticking with these because of brand loyalty, only because ive had a better experience with them vs others i have had

I have the problem of having to have the two amps be from the same brand (my personal preference, look wise aswell)
I'm leaning more towards the RFG p500.4 and of-course the p300.1
I'm powering RFG 4x6's (70 watts) in the front and 6x9's (150 watts) in the back
and im getting a p3 10 inch as my sub

wonder if i'd be better off getting something different or not
i'm buying a 4g wiring kit when i do buy these, im not so sure on a cap

Get the 4ga KnuKonceptz Wiring kit off Amazon for $26 shipped. Are you going for SQ or SPL do you want to be loud or just sound good with some bump? You don't want a 2 channel for your subwoofer, the ZX is overpriced imo and I wouldnt get Rockford or Crunch unless you're going a Rockford BD. Go with an Audiopipe or Hifonics or MB Quart.

Hell, if you want to get a P3-10, make sure its the Dual 4 ohm version of it, because the P300-1 is only 2 ohm stable. The P300-1 is also known to push out 400-450rms. It'll come with a certificate which will show exactly how much rms it puts out @ 2 ohm, which is amp specific because they test every amp before they ship it.

As for the 4 channel for the speakers, the P400-4 is a great choice, but if you can afford it, snag a T400-4.

yes, i know, the p300.1 has been stressed on me to get it, and the main reason why i was leaning on the p500.4 vs the t400.4 is for the quality of sound its "said" to have, that and im trying to have the two amps matching (while i have them sitting behind my back-seat) and yes i know about @ 2ohms, always messed with using 2-channel amps and bridging them for the most power @ 4ohm

Without looking, I think the T series has a 24db crossover instead of a 12db.
