Ok i just got a 2007 Acura TL Type S

the sound is a snor, and apparently the rear speaker cover rattles when the base is up.....

dunno if i want to get a H-unit or not cause apparently if u change that, the GPS screen doesnt work



any suggestions/ advice/ tips would be awsome ^_

Depends how much you wanna spend bro. Are you looking to replace just the head unit, or speakers as well? And do you want to add a sub, maybe 2?

I currently have a RD Audio 10'' Sub with a Power - Acoustik 1200 wat amp a buddy sold to me for like 100 bucks

I would be willing to spend about 400-500 for the speakrs/tweets, 500 for sub/amp and im not sure about the headunit, maybe like 200

Well, Metra is down right now. Website/app.

Any idea on the size of the speakers that it has? Its most likely 6.5's in both front and rear, probably with a tweeter seperate since its an Acura. Or 6.5 in the front 6X9 in the rear.

The rear deck thing is a pain in the ass. G35's have that same problem and its so damn annoying. An easy possible fix is always dynamat under the deck itself.

Rockford Power series components sound really good, along with a T400-4 or a T600-4 if you can afford it.

I'll PM you back with more specifics.

Its really not that bad if you're only doing your rear deck.

There's many other brands as well like Hush Mat.

Just measure your rear deck and find something that matches:
