Hey guys I am hooking up two kickers to my sealed box, I just use speaker wires to the terminals right? I'm looking on sonic electronix for my sub wiring guide and I found it, I'm running
1 ohm stable re audio. Do I do all the wiring before I connect sub to terminals or after?

You can wire everything in whatever order you want, making the positive on the battery terminal the last thing to wire.
I think I covered all of this pretty well in the PM I just sent, just let me know if you need anything else answered.

I'd use at least 12ga wire for sub to amp connection.

I say this because most people think speaker wire is somewhere between 18-22g.

JL has a couple nice, straight forward guides with diagrams for wiring subs:

Should be a blue wire more than likely. Doesn't have to say remote, just check it with a voltage meter.

do you still have the paperwork for your wiring harness? it will tell you which one is the remote wire.

I had it installed because it was free
I'm so confused
is the remote wire the wire to run to amps so they know when to turn on?

ya thats what it does.
your head unit wiring harness has a remote wire its usually blue.

do you twine the two wires together than?
Also: For inputs on the amps do I use terminals?
I see that on my guide but I don't think my amps need it
but maybe i;m just new
