Ive got a '98 GMC sierra extended cab
right now i have them in a big box on top of my seat lol
but i want them to be under my seat. or something so i can fit more people in my truck.
I cant just build a box for my subs cuz there too big . i have 12s.

any suggestions? dont tell me to buy new ones unless ur prepared to fork over money.. Cuz if i had it i would obviously use it

either A make a box *cheaper method* or B buy a box *easiest method*

subs too big for a small box -> buy shallow mount subs or smaller subs

im sure you can build a down firing box under the seats

12s, pioneer bullets i think.. there kinda older
and if it dont fit upwards what makes u think itd fit downwards....

wrecking? its cutting holes in non-support sheet metal.

this isn't rocket science you have to do one of these things

1.use bed space
2.use passenger space
3. buy new subs and box

actaully, i have an idea, GET RID OF THE BASS
simple enough, doesn't cost you anything
and it seems you don't want to do much to be able to get bass in your truck

so

spend money or modify
two main solutions, no matter what branch off from each category you take

Yeah and wreck any opportunity to sell the truck. also a permnanent solution. what if i want to take the subs out somewhere down the road?

Are all 12" subs that aren't shallow usually the same depth? Thx
