Alpine type S's
They are Dual Voice Coil [4Ohm+4Ohm]
They are 300RMS, willing to turn down
I heard something about that it you can't hook up those at 2 ohms without overheating the amp
Can two of these be hooked up to one 500 RMS Alpine Amp?

Yes you can wire d4's to 1 ohm, 250rms per sub like this

i got the same subs but dual 2 ohm cuz my pioneer is peak output @ 2ohm

Lol good thing you posted, i checked his amp and its the same. Fucking weird. so he could only run them at 4 ohm. I dont see the point of companies peaking their power at 2 ohms.

OP use this instead , 150rms per sub 300 total
