Friend drives an 2001 ranger, he's looking for a single 10" or 12"
he has a 1800 watt kenwood amp already
he is also looking for front speakers
and a new headunit

he said 300$ for the sub/box/speakers though

i suggested a 12" alpine type r

12" custom ford ranger box that has like 1.1 cb. ft.

and alpine 5x7 speakers (because i just like to match up brands)

i dont want him to get a RFG sub >.> kid tries to copy anything i do, so i suggest him to buy the one thing i wont, Alpine

you sure hes gonna have the mounting depth for a regular sub?

What's wrong with alpine?

nothing, it just seems when every(time) i find something i like of it, i can find something better for cheaper when comparing to RFG or kenwood

I love my subs, haven't seen any of their HU's or door speakers lately tho. Iv only seen Kenwood decks here lately lol

i got my head unit called special last week

I have an old school clarion HU from 1992 that is still going strong, sup?

most of the people around here, like dual, sony, and pioneer headunits
with sony or kenwood subs
