I bought a clarion cz201 from buy.com and its malfunctioning. Its not holding its memory. I bought the 3 year extended warranty through SquareTrade as well. Buy.com is saying the warranty is through SquareTrade, SquareTrade is saying the warranty is through clarion, and clarion is telling me its not warrantied at all because buy.com isn't a clarion dealer.

What do I do? Has anyone dealt with this before?

chances are its wired wrong currently.

he pmd me earlier and he said best buy hooked it up. sometimes it holds memory for an hour, sometimes holds it for 6ish.

hmm. if its not something like corroded battery cables or something idk lol.

Ill ask. I've known him for quite awhile, we used to d2 together.

googled and found something about corroded relays but it didn't have any specifics.
