i bought my 2002 corolla S thinking it was stock speakers, but one was ratteling so i took off the door panel to reveal 200w pioneer speakers, ends up i do have 4 of them (2front, 2 back ofc)

but it still has stock deck, i was wondering if getting a better deck would improve their already decent sound.

yes getting a deck will improve everything about your audio..its the most important part of the system

edit

if you plan on keeping your pioneer speakers then choose a pioneer deck
