I had recently been in a car accident,

and I smashed my subs 2x 12 inch kicker comps, and I now have a truck ford Ranger 97 Ex cab, was thinking of getting a little 4 inch or 6 inch sub, is it worth it? or should i just get speakers?

8 is the smallest sub i would ever suggest. anything smaller is just wasteful.

Okay, Cept where can an 8 inch sub fit? I would still want my backseat to be accessible for people to sit in the back. Lol the only spot I was thinking was underthe seat but an 8 incher wont fit.

honestly in a large truck its hard to find space for subs and in a small truck there isn't any easy solutions other than not having subs. heres what i would do

6x8 to 6.5 adapter plates
good door speakers
amp for door speakers

Just get shallow mounting 10's or 12's.

digital designs make some nice 8's but they will struggle with the low notes. personally i wouldnt do anything under 10"

Iv seen plenty of ext cab trucks with 2x 10's or 2x 12's under the back seats, just gotta buy the right box.
