Some cars have dimming regaurdless of voltage due to poor electrical within the car not the charging system itself i have no dimming even when my voltage drops but my friends is terrible in a smaller setup theres a lot of factors. And big 3 is a fix for nothing honestly just slightly helps dimming sometimes like i said again not n33d3d but nice to have.and you just answered urself about meter u said it urself som3 cars come with voltage meters stock to see how ur car is charging has nothjng to do with a system just a precaution. I admit dc is right big 3 barely does shit and u dont need an alt upgrade for anything under 2k. Gg

you realize how stupid this is right? and an alternator isn't just a "charging system". when the car is running it is the DIRECT SOURCE of electricity for everything in the car. your car doesn't run off the battery when the car is running if thats what you think.

again...voltage drop is exactly why dimming happens. go learn how a dimmer switch works and get back to me.

again..do you honestly not see how dumb this statement is? it factually fixes a bottleneck in the electrical system that otherwise causes voltage drop when your alternator is being used heavily. OEM wires are installed based on the cars stock electrical requirements..not the electrical requirement of the car+whenever someone decides to put a high powered amplifier in the mix.

aside from some very shit and very old cars...all cars have electrical voltage gauges. they aren't referring to stock gauges however..they are referring to a digital aftermarket gauge. as i said before about your little video using the stock gauge...its not designed to give accurate and instant readouts.

only someone with no idea how electrical wiring works would agree to such an ignorant statement. if you think thats true then i can only assume you run 18 gauge wire for your amplifier since there is no such thing as a wire being too small no matter the power involved.
