Also, crutchfield told him the wrong size, which he was a dumbass for believing... i think it was like 5x7's in the front rofl was epic.

Yea we had a customer that had I think it was some sort of Volvo. Our records showed it had 4x6's, when it really had 5x7's. We caught it early though, it was kinda obvious =)

Yeah, his are 5 1/4 up front and 6.5's in the back, and i think he bought 5x7's or 6x8's idr, was epic tho.

Yea haha. Its unreal how many people come in and use "crutchfield" as an excuse.

We even had a guy buy one of those 8" Kenwood powered subs. Its awful. It had like no bass at all, and the customer thought the sub wasnt even on, so he called crutchfield. They told him it was the way we wired it over the phone (without seeing it...?) when in reality the sub was on, it just sucked so much dick.

I'm scared I'm going to have that problem with my 10's... Because the last time i had them in they where not that strong sounding, but i was using a shitty amp, and the head unit didn't have sub out, so the previous person somehow used the factory crossover/amp in the back to rig a device to send the bass off the rear channel to the subs, and the treble to the 6x9s
